Are you the next Management Assistant at our client Johnson & Johnson in Brussels?In this role, you and your team will provide support to senior directors within the organization across various areas. You will work closely with your colleagues and the Office Manager.You will take on this role as a consultant for Randstad Professionals and will be seconded to Johnson & Johnson for an indefinite period.

  • You and your team act as a bridge for communication between the senior directors' office and their internal and external contacts. You will work closely with the senior directors, keeping them informed of upcoming appointments, obligations, and responsibilities (both personal and professional), and ensure proper follow-up.
  • You will manage correspondence, invoices, telephone calls, emails, purchase orders, contracts with external consultants and suppliers, etc., and provide support in the execution of all kinds of organizational and administrative responsibilities.
  • You will also ensure that all travel arrangements and expenses for your senior directors are meticulously prepared and processed.
  • You will proactively manage the agendas of your senior directors across different time zones, schedule (online, virtual, or physical) meetings, resolve calendar conflicts, reserve meeting rooms, organize catering, and receive visitors if required.
  • You will contribute to projects and support the Office Management of the office.
  • You will manage electronic documents within Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other applications.
  • You will build and maintain relationships and trusted partnerships with internal and external contacts, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • qualifications
  • You already have experience as a management assistant or executive assistant.
  • You speak and write fluent English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You can work from the office in Brussels (Square de Meeûs) and have the possibility of working from home two days a week after the onboarding period.
  • You are proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
