To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organization as Junior Business Development Manager. Being a relatively small organization, you will be directly coach by the company CEO with direct reporting to him.
Business Development Manager is a key and diversified role with 2 mains activities
Sales Development
People Recruitment
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, Sales development and recruiting. Business Development Manager key indicators' are prospection KPIs, lead & revenue generation.
Sales Development:
Identification of potential target
Pitch & contact in an Omnichannel approach
Get recruitment requests
Identify & hook right candidates to answer lead requests
Close
People Recruitment:
Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
Make interviews and selection
Close the hiring
Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates

Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
Interpersonal Sales & communication skill
Independent & autonomous
Graduate with a Master degree / Bachelor in Business or Engineering
Fluent in English, French
Dutch is a plus
