You’ll be joining the Training & Education Department within our Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) Business Unit — part of our global Marketing organization. This team is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences to both internal teams and healthcare professionals.
Through our Terumo Learning Edge (TLE) program, we offer peer-to-peer, physician-led training supported and coordinated by Terumo. Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals through innovative educational tools, hands-on workshops, and interactive programs.
We're currently looking for a Product Training Logistic Support specialist — a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives on organizing and coordinating behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll ensure that everything runs smoothly for our training programs — from managing medical training models and simulators to supporting the logistics of large-scale workshops and internal learning sessions.
You'll report to the Professional Education Manager and be an important part of the wider TIS Marketing team, helping us bring our educational vision to life.- key responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Models and Simulators- Manage our rental system and ensure simulators are booked, available, and maintained.
- Monitor inventory and organize transport to support seamless training delivery.
- Ensure tools are clean, functional, and ready for use at all times.
- Take care of the full logistical setup for both in-person and virtual training events.
- Provide onsite support where needed, ensuring smooth event execution.
- Organize and maintain training content and materials in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with Training Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Communications.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by managing logistics for educational activities.
- Be a reliable point of contact for external stakeholders and event participants.
- Take initiative in identifying process improvements and contribute to team learning.
- qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferred; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable with IT tools and quick to learn new systems and platforms.
- Clear communicator via email, phone, and chat.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Physically capable of lifting boxes (up to 30 kg) and supporting on-site logistics.
- Based in Belgium and willing to travel occasionally.
