DigiTribe - GenAI Solutions Architect

We are looking for a GenAI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of AI components powering a Personal Assistant (PA) platform, focused on insurance-related use cases. In this role, you will drive innovation and performance across the AI ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructure on Azure.

Key responsibilities

Solution Design: Architect end-to-end AI systems supporting virtual assistants. Select the appropriate cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure AI Services, AKS, API GateWay) and define integration standards aligned with modern tech stacks (e.g., Mistral AI, Kore.AI, Salesforce).

AI Model Governance & Compliance: Design security-first architectures, apply model fairness and explainability principles, and implement guardrails, injection defenses, and audit trails.

Collaboration & Performance Optimization: Work closely with enterprise architects, IT security, DevOps teams, and business SMEs to optimize performance, cost, and real-time response efficiency.

Role overview:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI components behind the Personal Assistant platform.

Define and support end-to-end architecture, standards, and foundational elements like data feeds.

Build and scale the cloud infrastructure supporting the PA.

Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, focusing on security, performance, and Azure optimization.

Certifications (preferred):

AZ-305: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Togaf 9.2 (Enterprise Architecture) - Optional
