Receptionist
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Brussels site.
As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a key role in the daily smooth running of the office, while providing administrative support to our Facilities Management team.

- key responsibilities
Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Provide safety instructions and site inductions to visitors and contractors
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
Book meeting rooms in advance and on the day as required
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team
Cover for support functions during occasional absences
Manage incoming mail and operate the franking machine
Undertake basic training in other support areas if required- experience
- qualifications
Previous experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role is a plus
Knowledge of facilities management is appreciated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – any additional language is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
Integrity, service-minded attitude, and professionalism
Attention to detail, reliability, and precision
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while remaining responsive to guidance
Proactive, flexible attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
