• key responsibilities
• Overseeing product stock forecasting destined for European Distribution Centers (EDC) from the United States and Mexico.
• Examining potential inventory deficits and partnering with international counterparts to formulate preventative strategies.
• Distributing products to suitable nations and clients in conjunction with the sales department.
• Administering surplus and insufficient stock levels to guarantee a stable inventory and uphold service quality.
• Assisting the commercial unit with the introduction of novel products.
• Handling correspondence concerning product deficiencies with relevant parties at both regional and worldwide levels.
• Contributing to ongoing enhancement projects aimed at boosting effectiveness, minimizing waste, and elevating customer contentment.
• qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent background required.
• A minimum of 1 year of applicable work history is a plus.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team in a dynamic workplace.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
