Sr HR Business Partner/HR Manager
Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Business Partner/HR Manager to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. If you are seeking an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.Duties include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Training & Development, Business Partnering and Performance management.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and prepare internal communications as related to HR functions;
- Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
- Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
- Build strong partnerships with functional area and department leaders;
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support and influence management decision making;
- Partner with internal clients regarding changes in employment status;
- Facilitate terminations with management;
- Partner with Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Leave Administration teams where appropriate;
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and trends and make recommendations based on findings; and
- Facilitate HR-related trainings (e.g., Leadership Development Program, New Manager Development Series)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of employee relations
- Good level of Dutch and English language is required
- Office based role with flexible working arrangements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
