• Lead RFQ for operational purchasing
• Translate demand plan into components purchase plan based on MRP system, place and maintain purchase order, daily follow up ensure timely order receipt.
• Manage and optimize components inventories, set up the correct measurement for components purchase planning.
• Work together with Strategic Purchaser to develop innovative procurement strategies, such as supplier frame order agreement
• Maintain the purchasing data in ERP system (delivery confirmation, lead time, SS, vendor info. etc)
• Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, lead time, defect rate) regularly contact suppliers to build reliable partnership, including managing the monthly forecast communication with suppliers.
• Lead in setting up and maintain the operational purchasing procedures
• Collaboration with cross functions (R&D, internal sales, production, Finance, strategic purchaser) to ensure achievement of company goals
• Logistic follow up of incoming delivery custom clearance

• Identify opportunities of process improvements and make proposals
• Execution of approved improvements projects

Wat wij van jou vragen:

You have a Bachelor's or a Master degree in Economics, Logistics,... or an equivalent field.

You have a first experience in supply chain.

You have excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

You have a very good knowledge of Excel.

You have a "can do" attitude.

You are a teamplayer, flexible, driven. You take initiative.

You have strong communicative skills and experience with supply chain processes.
