Tasks:

• Operational supervision: Monitoring the production room and being the point of contact for questions or problems.
• Planning: Supporting production and personnel planning; administration plays only a minor role.
• On-boarding: Welcome, guidance and training of new employees. When you start, you will be supervised by a training manager.
• Coaching: You motivate and manage employees with diverse backgrounds.

• You are a communicative person so you can approach the team in a coaching manner.

• You are an outgoing personality and have interest and experience in a position with responsibility.
• You are motivated to start early until the end of work.
• Good level of English and also you speak one of these languages: Dutch, French, Romanian or Polish
